Aslan Bashir-zadeh

CEO

Aslan Bashir-zadeh is one of the establishers and developers of UAV business in Azerbaijan. Having a rich international experience in geology engineering, Business Development Management and oil industry and being a strong leader, Aslan was among the first initiators of using UAV in commercial projects for the country’s lead companies. Prior to joining AviaTech Global, Mr. Bashir-zadeh worked in leadership positions at the local, foreign and joint enterprises.

LALA ALIYEVA-KLYCHKOVA

SMS/HSE DIRECTOR

Lala Aliyeva-Klychkova started her aviation carrier in 2007 and was rapidly promoted to the managerial positions in Health Safety Environment and Learning Management System. She is one of three IATA certified SMS trainers in Azerbaijan with huge experience in training, document development, and strong leadership skills. Before being an AviaTech Global team member, she worked at international and local companies, such as CHC Helicopter and Silk Way.

NIJAT ABDULLA

DEPARTMENT OF RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

Nijat Abdulla is an alumnus of Middle East Technical University and perspective leading aerospace engineer-researcher functioning at the department of research and development. He is currently doing his M.Sc. and Ph.D. at Kharkiv Aviation Institute, seeking to improve the already existing platforms and develop new technological ideas under the jurisdiction of the company. His research interests are mostly concentrated on the development of the unmanned aerial vehicles, aerodynamic analysis, propulsion systems, computational fluid dynamics, flow simulations based on the Navier – Stokes equations, liquid and chemical propulsion, combustion thermogasdynamics, rocket and space technologies including the deep-space propulsion, ballistic missile theory, flight dynamics, flight mechanics and control and stability analysis.

NAIL BEKTEMIROV

QUALITY ASSURANCE/QUALITY CONTROL DIRECTOR

Nail Bektemirov belongs to the constellation of outstanding civil aviators of Azerbaijan with over 40 years of experience in piloting and helicopter engineering. His professional biography is strongly rooted to the flight operations in times of peace and of war, including rescuing civilians from the occupied areas in Nagorno-Karabakh. Nail has a sound background in Quality Management Systems as well as international experience of working at such world-lead companies as CHC Helicopter and Euro — Asia Air.

UJAL SALAKHOV

PRODUCTION MANAGER

Ujal Salahov joined AviaTech Global in early 2019. Skilled with multiple office applications and specialized in CAD system, Mr. Salahov is in charge with aircraft modelling, 3D aircraft design, including fuselage and components as well as arrangement and control of production.
